As a Barratt employee you may qualify for the Annual Performance Related Bonus Scheme based on your own performance and contribution to delivering the Group's corporate plan.
To support this we have set out six performance measures which most clearly drive value in the business:
- Cash / Net Debt.
- Customer service.
- Health and safety.
- Employee engagement.
- Personal performance.
Depending on your role, your potential bonus will be based on how you perform against all, or a number of these measures.
